Oluwakemi joins the Helium Family as a Finance Analyst. She has experience in finance and accounting, sales and marketing, and customer operations. Oluwakemi obtained her HND degree in Accountancy from Lagos State Polytechnic and presently in the final level of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) examinations.
Oluwakemi formally began her professional career in the banking industry, where she worked with Guaranty Trust Bank (GTBank) in its operations unit and proceeded to work with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) where she assisted in adding value in various units in the Tax, Reporting and Strategy line of service. One of her roles in PwC included staying abreast of tax developments in the country, which helped her in drafting findings with respect to Value Added Tax threshold, and in turn, aided in the draft of the Nigeria’s Finance Act (2019). She has also helped businesses resolve accounting issues, by creating templates to capture their income statement and track their expenses, which enhanced transparency and efficiency.
She has led various projects while volunteering for a Non-Governmental Organization: Impact Africa Foundation and while she was the Public Relations Officer of the Management Students’ Association of her school.
When Oluwakemi is not troubleshooting accounting problems or thinking of ways to create value, she is watching movies or dancing.
Bolanle is a service management professional who has about 12years experience in the Information Technology industry, her core competencies span across Service Management, Operations Management, Customer Service Training Delivery, Business Process Improvement, Data Analysis, Customer Relationship Management and Network support. She is ITIL and CCNA certified, she is also trained in Strategic Planning, Project Management and Problem Solving Techniques among many others. Bolanle has a PGD Information Technology at the National Open University, Nigeria as well as HND Civil Engineering from the Yaba College of Technology, Yaba.
Bolanle formally began her career at Information Connectivity Solutions Limited (ICSL) as a Service Desk Analyst and she grew within the ranks to the position of Supervisor, Assistant Manager and Head, Service Management before she moved to Helium Health. She has led diverse teams, trained and mentored staff who had gone ahead to lead teams themselves. Her passion for customers’ satisfaction drives her to continuously review business processes for improvement which drives customers’ loyalty and minimizes cost of sales.
Some projects she has worked on are: implementation of ITIL, process design for the implementation of bespoke CRM (including Business Services, Project Management, Assets Management and Service Desk modules), restructure of Service Management team resulting into increased productivity across the entire business.
When she is not talking about SM or reviewing processes, Bolanle enjoys the company of her family and can be lost into reading various genre of articles.
Oluwatobi joins the Marketing team as the new Performance Marketing Manager.
He is an experienced marketing professional, who has worked in the area of bringing products to market for two different employers during his career. He started his career as a Data Analyst with then TNS-RMS now Kantar, he went on to work for Jumia before moving to Ringier to help create the leading digital publisher(Pulse) across three markets.
He has an award in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing, UK and, he is also a certified Digital Marketing Professional.
Oluwatobi enjoys designing digital products in his spare time.
Uchenna Chiboka joins the Helium Family as the new Partnerships Manager in the Growth (Private) team.
Uchenna is an innovative business development manager with expertise across business analysis, program management, and strategic partnerships. He helps businesses build or diversify their revenue streams by creating and deploying strategic initiatives.
He started his career with Attainables Entertainment as the Research and Development Lead before joining Access Bank as a Retail Operations Officer. He then moved to work with Interswitch Group as a Business Development Executive where he grew their business arm by almost 52% within two years.
Uchenna has a certificate in Information Technology from the British Computer Society, BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT and a bachelor’s degree in Microbiology and Immunology from the University of Nsukka.
